Spiritual Summer Camp: Play, Heal, & rewild your spirit.

What to Expect

nestled among ancient forests beneath the luminous presence of Mount Shasta, this members-only retreat invites you to unplug, reconnect with the earth beneath your feet, trust the wisdom of your body, and rediscover the wild, joyful spirit within.

Over spacious, unhurried days, we slow our pace and listen for what has always been speaking. Through mindful ritual, immersion in crystal-fed mountain waters, and authentic connection in community, you are welcomed back into right relationship with the living world. Guided foraging walks and grounding ceremonies awaken the senses, soften the nervous system, and re-attune you to nature’s original rhythms.

This is more than a retreat, it is a homecoming. A sacred pause where professionals and wellness seekers step beyond the noise of modern life and into something ancient, expansive, and quietly alive.

Meet Your Host

Stephen Michael

Stephen is the founder of The Sanctuary, a spirit focused retreat membership nestled in the powerful energy fields of Mount Shasta, California. A natural herbalist, energy worker, and lifelong nature devotee, Stephen has dedicated his life to cultivating land and space where people can reconnect to the Earth and to their higher selves.

Through his stewardship, The Sanctuary has become a living ecosystem: a sanctuary for transformation and communion with nature. Each gathering on the reflects his belief that healing happens most naturally when we align with the rhythms of the Earth and the simplicity of presence.

Carrie Trinidad

Carrie is a space holder, sound healing practitioner, and community curator devoted to creating experiences that feel both deeply intentional and joyfully alive.

As the founder of Sound Healing with Care, she guides people through sound, ritual, meditation, and creative expression to support the release of what no longer serves and a return to authentic inner strength. Her work honors nervous system safety, embodied confidence, and meaningful integration — because transformation should feel supported, not overwhelming.

Carrie has facilitated experiences in wellness centers, schools, and retreat settings, creating spaces where clarity, connection, and renewal unfold naturally. She believes healing doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be playful, grounded, and even fun.

Under the energy of the Buck Full Moon, Carrie is honored to co-host this Mount Shasta retreat as an invitation to shed old layers, reconnect with confidence, and remember who you are — surrounded by nature, community, and just the right amount of magic.
